Bill Van Ocker and Ken Weinzler are the principle owners of Phase One Technologies. The company was established in 1993 by Bill when he left an engineering management position with a Fortune 500 corporation. Bill’s chief objective in starting Phase One was to offer design engineering talent to companies in a cost effective manner. Ken joined Phase One shortly thereafter to broaden the technical capabilities of the firm.

Bill’s principal role is mechanical engineering, while Ken handles the electronic and software development. The result of this partnership provides clients with 50 years of engineering experience, encompassing a wide range of industries and technologies.

Eric Schneider is an associate of Phase One Technologies with over 25 years of industrial design experience in both corporate and consulting environments. Eric is the founder of Phase One Design and often collaborates on projects requiring innovative case and package design concepts.
